About Us

D. Garafalo, L. Stevens, Katie Knapp, Paul Gugel, & B. Peng

The Northern Region ENL PLC began in 2012 when Laura Stevens agreed to lead the group for the purpose of providing support to ENL professionals who may feel isolated and alone in a small rural or suburban setting. Pat Marzola joined us in 2017 as Planning Coordinator.

Our desire is to continuously build and expand a culture of collaboration and community while increasing our sphere of influence with ENL professionals, students, families, the community, general education teachers and education leaders.
