The Northern Region ENL PLC began in 2012 for the purpose of providing support to ENL professionals who may feel isolated and alone in a small rural or suburban setting. A small group formed and quickly grew to over 120! This group's desire is to continuously build and expand a culture of collaboration and community while increasing our sphere of influence with ENL professionals, students, families, the community, general education teachers and education leaders in Northern and Central New York.
