Background

Digimap for Schools (EDINA 2010a) is a new service from EDINA (the author's employer) that will deliver Ordnance Survey (OS) mapping to school age learners. The service introduces younger learners to the concepts and skills around mapping (particularly digital mapping) that will remain relevant and transferable to follow on services.
