"Active" NVA players are all entitled to a vote.  "Active" players are those who've played (at an NVA game, Discord, a recognized list, or an event such as Nonclave) or blue booked (downtime scenes logged with NVA staff, in our chronicle) with an NVA-based character or who have served as staff for the NVA chronicle during the past six months.  So, for example, an ST who has ST'ed in NVA but has not played an NVA-based character during the past six months would be entitled to a vote. 

How Do I Earn XP in NVA?

Discord Game Activities (All Discord Activity) 12 - 8 XP if logged with Admin or Sign in logged. 

Night Falls Game Attendance 12 - 8 XP (Live or Discord) 

Blue Booked Downtime activities or Email scene's cc'd to Staff 12 - 8 XP Max to per PC 2 logged actions. Haller may be used to log activity. 

Game Attendance Other Games 12 - 8 XP 

Event Games 12 - 8 XP
