Garou back this year - Saturday 31st, 2026 - 

Additions to our house rule for Nonclave Garou -

1. PCs may not have more Fetishes on their person at game than their Gnosis in total Fetish ratings (meaning the level of the Fetish 1-5, not Gnosis required to activate).  Talons are tracked separately but limited the same way.  

2. The Gift Spirit of the Fray adds 10 only to the user's initiative; the additional Gnosis must be spent for the effect added to challenges as well.

The "no-witch hunting rule" means no OOC grudges, backhandedness, or continuing to hold enmity against a player after judgement and whatever penalties may have been imposed.  We've had players that were bullied out of games and harassed or excluded from character concepts or attending games, both on a player and a staff/OWBN admin level..  Unless there's an actual dangerous situation or established chronicle strike, we encourage use of no-contact and following the proper processes--which includes not carrying agendas over to other chronicles and positions of authority.
