Instead of trying to fit everything in an email, we created a separate page on the website that details this process. ALL SCHOOL TEAMS who intend to submit a full application by the Jan 31st deadline go here to learn more about this process; share this information with your teachers at your school; and then select your top 3 choices for when your school wants to host the visit. Prime options are already being snatched up by schools, so get your top choices submitted right away.
