June-August 2024
New Friends of York County will not be having monthly meetings June through August. We are taking the summer months off to enjoy the sunshine. Please check back the end of August for activities starting in September. (Our year normally runs September through May). Wishing all a wonderful summer!
Through the year, New Friends members typically participate monthly in a variety of interests including: bunco, book club, canasta, walking group, community service, movie night, craft night, dinner club, 500-bid, ladies' luncheon, Social Saturday, Mah Jongg, and more. The monthly group meetings are held on the third Thursday. Prospective members are welcome to attend three events before committing to membership in the group.
The organization introduces women residents of the York, PA community to each other and offers them an opportunity for companionship and friendship through social events and interest group activities. The group is non-profit, non-commercial, non-political and non-discriminatory. The social group is open to any area woman who is looking for friendships in York County. The yearly membership fee is $25.
