Ingredients
2T Cornstarch
1t Sugar
1t Baking Soda
1T Soy Sauce (low sodium)
1T Vegetable Oil

2lbs Beef (sliced thin)
Broccoli (cut into bite size pieces)

1C Soy Sauce (low sodium)
2T Brown Sugar
2T Oyster Sauce
5 Garlic Cloves (minced)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients.
2. Add beef to the bowl and toss, making sure all of the beef is coated.
3. Cover and put the beef mix in the fridge to marinate for at least one hour.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the last 4 ingredients and set aside.
5. Heat 2T of oil on medium/high heat and add in the broccoli for a few minutes. Remove from pan.
6. Reduce the heat to medium.
7. Add 1T of oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add in the beef.
8. Add half of the sauce, being sure to scrape the bottom of the pan so nothing sticks.
9. When the meat is no longer pink, add in the broccoli and remaining sauce. Stir well.
Serve over white rice.
