Lemon Bars
Ingredents
2 c. All Purpose Flour
1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 c. Unsalted Butter Softened
4 Eggs
3T. All Purpose Flour
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Just a pinch of salt
Directions
Pre Heat Oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mix the 2 cups of flour with the powdered sugar and cut in the butter with a pastry blender to crumb size.
Grease a 9x13 pan and pat the crust down evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, 3T of flour, lemon juice and salt till smooth.
Take the crust out of the oven and pour the lemon mixture over it.
Bake for 20 to 25 more minutes.
Let it cool before you cut it.
Serve dusted with more powdered sugar.
