Easy Apple Chips

  • 4 Apples

  • Cinnamon

  • Sugar

Preheat oven to 225

Wash and dry the apples.

In a small bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. I used about 1/4c of sugar and enough cinnamon to my own taste.

Cut apples with a mandolin or by hand if you are good with making thin even slices. You want them to be as uniform as possible. Get rid of seeds.

Lay out apples on baking sheets. Be sure they are not touching or overlapping. They will stick together.

Sprinkle with sugar mixture. No need to go overboard. You want to taste the apple too. Right? I always have sugar left over.

Bake for one hour. Then flip and back for another hour.

When you take them out of the oven I suggest making sure not of them are sticking. Otherwise when they harden up they are hard to get off the pan.

Let them cool and enjoy.
