In the Spring of 2013, in Anne Marie Johnson's EDU 600 Research Methods & Techniques course, I followed up my study of online vs. face-to-face learning by a study of issues involved in the newer and highly celebrated format of 'hybrid' learning. This approach seemed to offer an opportunity to take the best from both worlds and create a learning format that supports greater flexibility for students while also providing the face-to-face, in person support that is missing in the purely online learning format.
My final product in this course, including the research results, is attached.
