Kinney Creek Ranch is two hours from downtown Denver, in Grand County on Highway 40 1/2 hour north of Winter Park and 10 minutes west of Granby on Bureau of Land Management Road 2755, to the north of Highway 40 about 5 miles west of Granby and two miles east of Hot Sulphur Springs. The address is:

For you Luddites (no judgment): If you head west from Granby on Highway 40, look for mile marker 205, then go 7 tenth of a mile (.7 mile) further, and the turn will be on your right. Its marked Kinney Creek Road. Watch for two white barns and one red barns on the left, south side of the road.
If you hit mile marker 204 or Hot Sulphur Springs, you've gone too far. Turn around, look for mile marker 204, and it will be .3 mile further on your left.
Once you've made the turn, head up the road (its a graded dirt road, should be fine in any kind of car). Go maybe a mile or so till you see a driveway heading up to a modern looking earthship on the right--that's the house belonging to our neighbors, the Laura and Duncan Hagar please don't bother them. On the left is a driveway heading to our other nice neighbors house. Don't take either of these driveways, just keep driving a hundred yards further till you see a "Kinney Creek Ranch" sign on the left. Can't miss it.
