New Nigel Hopkins single

The versatile, talented trumpeter Nigel Hopkins has released his newest single, "Lily Was Here". It's a mix of cool jazz, modern jazz, and a little modern stylization. If you haven't heard Hopkins play, go to a recording he made at 14 (!) in 1968 -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ek_G-nHuAM -- "High on a Hill", written for Hopkins by composer Alan Moorhouse.

I personally recommend looking into Hopkins' work as he is a talented and experienced trumpeter. If not, you are missing out on a great opportunity.
