Combine in a large bowl:
1 box (43oz) of oats (Old fashioned not quick)
2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup sunflower seeds (uncooked)
1 1/2 cups cashews
1 1/2 cups walnuts and pecans (each if you like nuts)
1/3 cup sesame seeds
Blend together: whisk until dispersed
1 1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1/4 cup honey
1 cup +2tsp water
1 tbsp
Pour Wet mixture over dry ingredients and mix until completely coated.
Spread mixture on 3 baking sheets (about 1/2 inch thick layer)
Set oven to 325
Bake granola for 20min. remove from oven, stir browned granola at edges to the center and push uncooked granola in the center to the edges and reform 1/2 inch layer
Bake 10 min, stir and reform. bake 5 min stir and reform. Repeat at 5 minute intervals until desired brown color. remove from oven and let cool.
Stir in 1 1/2 to 2 cup raisins just before putting granola in storage container.
