1/2 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 5lb bag frozen chicken wings or drumettes thawed
Wisk jam, soy sauce, rice vinigar and sesame oil.
Put chicken pieces in shallow pan and pour marinade on top. turn to coat. just coat dont have swimming in marinade.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 12 hours
On middle rack of 375 oven, using heavy aluminum foil line 2 9x13 baking dishes and devide chicken between the two
Bake until wings begin to crisp about 1 hour 15 minutes, best served right after baking.
