電路板～輸出加工檔案

  • 第一步 設計電路圖Designing your schematic

  • 第二步 擺放所有元件位置Place all the components

  • 第三步 除錯與修正線路Fix any errors

3.1 按下 "autoroute" 圖示並且看底下工具列訊息秀出 "optimize 100% finished"

3.2 按下"DRC(Design Rule Check)"圖示. make sure DRC error all have been corrected. or Approve.

  • 第四步 建立加工檔 Create a drill file

4.1 File/Run and select the file "drillcfg.ulp".

4.2 select "mm"

4.3 save file as LaunchPad_sensor_shield.drl

  • 第五步 建立Excellon加工檔 Create an Excellon drill data file

5.1 Click File/Cam Processor

5.2 In the Cam Processor click "File/Open/Job"

5.3 Select file name on "excellon.cam"

5.4 Click on "Process Job". This will create some files. Close down this menu with the x at the top right.

  • 第六步 建立Gerber加工檔案 Create the Gerber files

6.1 reopen the CAM processor and this time open the file gerb274x

6.2. Click File/Cam Processor

6.3. In the Cam Processor click "File/Open/Job"

6.4. Select file name on "gerb274x.cam"

6.5. Click on "Process Job". This will create some files. Close down this menu with the x at the top right.

You need to click on each one of the tabs and ensure that Style / "Mirror" is off.
