Welcome to Mrs. Holtmeyer's Business Classroom Website!
I am a business teacher at St. Elizabeth High School. I started teaching in August 2007.
I currently teach Accounting, Computer Applications, Business Technology, Multimedia, Personal Finance and Advanced Computers. I am also the Yearbook sponsor, A+ Coordinator,
FBLA adviser and assist with Archery.
I love spending time with my family and watching my boys play a multitude of sports all year long.
Tutoring/Extra Time
I am available for tutoring almost any day after school. Please let me know when you would like to come in and I will do my very best to make arrangements.
Google Classroom
Google Classroom is an online program that students will turn in digital assignments, take quizzes and tests. I will also post assignments and other class information on Google Classroom. Google Classroom does keep track of grades on the assignments and test that are turn in. However, the SIS program (see student/parent portal) that the school uses will be the final grade in the class. Using this site is my way of reducing the amount of paper that we would be going through and aid in any online learning that may have to happen. Also, grading online allows me to check some of the "behind the scenes" parts to assignments that I would not be able to clearly tell on printed paper.
Please make sure you are using your school email account to complete all work.
HOMEWORK POLICY
Daily assignments are a very important part of your grade. Plan Ahead! If you will be gone due to a school activity, it is your responsibility to get your assignment ahead of time. If you miss class due to an absence you will have one day to make-up your work upon your return. I do not except late work since most assignments can and will be completed during class time.
