FLUTE
This is a process to follow for a short, 5 minute warm up each time you practice. It is primarily for advanced students, but even good Beginning Band players can do some of these exercises to improve your playing. Isn't it fun getting better?
Flute Pitch. This video shows how to correct pitch. Remember, always start with the head joint alone and lock on an A note with a tuner. Play both octaves on the head joint and it will take a while, but you'll learn to stabelize and create good pitch habits.

Here's a bit on octaves. This one is a bit more advanced regarding octaves, but remember - it's all about air, not so much of an embouchure change.
