This is a fingering chart for the Bb scale. We use this a lot in Band.

This is the C major scale. Skip ahead to 1:20 into the video. He speaks slow, but uses the correct fingerings for the C major scale. Use this chart

Here is a film showing the 2 octave Bb scale. In Beginning Band, we use the second scale this person plays starting at 10 seconds into the video. Remember to start with 1st finger, G string, 3rd fret. Watch the players fingers.

One of the greatest tunes of all time, and one of the greatest guitarists ever, "The Man", Django. Oh, by the by, his hand got burnt real bad as a boy and he used only 2 fingers, and had a stubby 3rd finger. Oh my Lolly Pop!
