Period 2- Osmosis
After watching the clip on osmosis, read this article on "Death by Soy Sauce". Summarize the article and include:
1. What is osmosis? <--- include a discussion about hyper-, iso- and hypotonic solutions.
2. Why is osmosis important to living organisms?
3. How did the soy sauce kill some people?
4. Can any amount of soy sauce kill a person? Why or why not?
5. Do you think soy sauce should be banned? Why or why not?
