The Mountaineer Chapter Izaak Walton League of America has submitted a Ray & Cindy model scarecrows into the Elkins WV. Scarecrow Festival hosted by Our Town Inc.
These are placed in Downtown Elkins, if you have found them please submit where they are in the form below for a chance to win a gift certificate.
Contest will end on October 11th, Drawing will be held on the 14th.
