Our Philosophy

At Cabana Bradul we know and respect the importance of a healthy diet, this is why we are devoted to ecological food and practically all of the products we serve are coming from our own farm: we milk the cows daily and with it we prepare delicious cheeses, the eggs are always fresh and come from our own chicken, the meat comes from our cattle (pigs, cows and sheep). All our cattle is fed with natural products as well, the cows eat the green grass from our pastures, the vegetables are freshly collected from our garden. During summer period, we collect medicinal plants and prepare our own flavourful tea mix. We also prepare our own marmalades from the wild berries we pick up in the woods around…
