Daniel Giraud Elliot.  A monograph of the Bucerotidae, or family of hornbills. 

One volume in folio, with 57 colored plates by Keulemans.  Three additional plates by Joseph Smit also appeared.

 

The plates themselves were not numerated.  Supposedly, plate [xliv] was not issued.
