LIS 5290: Directed Project

After Sarah Robinson recommended me to Toni Hobrecht to help craft a usability study for the OU-Tulsa Library website I sought out Dr. Connie Van Fleet to be the advise this directed project. The goal of this project was to present a viable usability study and strategic plan for website management. The deliverables included a literature review, evaluation plan tested survey instruments, and executive briefing explaining the use of Google Analytics as part of a continuous improvement process.
