Student Reflection & Course Assignment
Social constructs are explored in this paper on the history of American Childhood. A strong knowledge base was gained through the readings and the reflected writings. I found the concept of comparative study of differing groups in American colonialism to add a richer dimension to the overall outcome to our modern concepts of childhood. I compare this book to all other social histories I have read on cultural/social group.
