Dear brethren and friends! December 2021

We hope you are well ! 2021 was an eventful year in family and ministry.

As a family we are doing well and we could see God's protection and His hand over us many times. Due to a mishap we had no donation account for a few months in the summer, this was very difficult for us. Last summer Victoria and Lucas had Covid, thank God they recovered quickly. Victoria is happy about her new job at a notary, it's challenging and she can apply well her expertise. Lucas (8) has been going back to school since August, which he thinks is great, besides, he loves the ocean and Taekwondo. Maria Luz continues to work in our language school in the mornings and gives English classes for children and adults in the afternoons. Furthermore, she always helps us in the ministry with the Saturday online services, the technology and at childrens' Bible classes ( see pictures above & below). On the occasion of the Rhema Bonn Missions' Service , she produced a video about our ministry here in Mexico.

At the end of the year we are expecting the visit of Ingrid's sisters from Hamburg, Gabriela and Birgit, leaders of "Geben es lohnt sich e.V" working in Guatemala. We are very much looking forward to our time together and are planning some ministry activities too..

The poor and homeless are especially close to our hearts and we are thankful to be able to provide them weekly with fruit, vegetables and also sometimes with hygiene items and clothing. Above all God's word and prayer is well received there. We enjoy the cooperation with the church Oasis de Esperanza, with whom we had already worked together in 2006-2008. Our gifts and support are appreciated there and whenever Thomas preached in the service and prayer watch God has always blessed the event.

At this point we would like to thank all of you who have faithfully supported us in this year 2021; through prayer, collaboration and donations. You have played an important part in our work here in the mission field in Mexico.

For example, we were able to donate a large industrial stove with 3 burners for the food truck, easing the burden on the staff who cook for the homeless 3 times a week and blessing the work for the poor.

We hope to have the opportunity to do children evangelism in the villages again soon, due to Covid many of our activities were hampered or not possible this year.
