Tip 8: Creating a Perma Link to an item

You have the option of creating a perma link to an item. This would be useful because it would save time and you would not have to go through the catalog to search for that specific item.

• You can create a Perma Link when you are on the items page.
• Locate the Send To section of the page which should be near the top and locate the link that says Perma Link.

• There should be a icon that looks like a paper clip associated with this link.
• Once you click on the link, a web URL should appear and you have the option of copying the link to your clipboard and saving it at another location.
