These are just a few of the topics that can be helped through hypnosis.

TRIMLIFE is a 6 week weight management class. Each class is approximately 2 hours long. The TrimLife packet includes the 6 TRIMLIFE hypnosis CDs, the workbook and book.

CLEAN-BREAK is a four week smoking cessation program. Each class is 1 - 1/2 hours long. I strongly encourage you to bring a buddy to quit smoking with. The CLEAN-BREAK packet that includes a workbook and 2 CD's.

Grounding and Expanding to the 14th level.

We are all connected to the Universe on many levels. Becoming familiar with grounding yourself to earth and universal energy and exploring your auric field levels is exciting and beneficial.

Grounding enables us to create a powerful connection between the Earth’s energies, our own personal energy and Universal energy. Opening up to the outer levels of our fields through grounding and expanding allows us to create healthy levels for the benefit of our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

This class is 1-2 hours, depending on the number of attendees.
