Plank-A-Lot

I'm back at the MIT App Inventor and have made a new app.  This is to help me keep up with the Plank-A-Lot 30 Day Plank Challenge.  Where each day you incrementally do longer planks to help tone your mid-section.  Being forgetful I lose my place on what day I'm on.  So that gave me the idea to create an app for it, which also gets me back in the swing of using the App Inventor.

Pretty simple app so far.  Only on v1.0.2 but have a list of things to be done so it'll go through some iterations.

Thinking this could be useful to others on Android so we shall see where I go with it.

Basically you have 3 screens (Home, About, Settings).

Home:

Home screen gives you a list of days to pick from and their associated timers (20sec - 300secs by default).  Also you have a way to mark a day completed w/o running the timer in case you did one and want to just mark it done (good for initial install).  Then you have button access to Settings and About.

Settings:

Settings page just has 1 feature and that's a button to reset all the completions.  This is so you can start over if you wish.  More to come though.

About:

Versioning etc here.
