New Windows App - Support Templates!!

Hey folks, I've just added the help page for my new Windows app called 'Support Templates'.  It's a cool new lightweight app for Windows that allows for the managing of text templates.  For example if you're a support desk analyst that uses the same "templates" of text over and over again, you likely have them stored in a notepad or Word document.  So when you want to use one you have to open the document, find the template, highlight it, then copy it with Ctrl-C or right-click>Copy.  While it doesn't seem like a hassle, if you have numerous templates you waste time & effort finding the one you want and then trying to precisely highlight the text you want to use.  That's where Support Templates comes in.  Your templates are in a neatly organized list (alphabetical) where you just click the name of the template you want & the text is populated into a large text pane.  All you have to then do is click the 'Copy To Clipboard' button and it's in your Windows clipboard ready to paste.

While that's the main desired usage, this app could also be used to store commonly used tips & tricks you might use routinely in your work.  So instead of saving numerous text documents or 1 large document (where you have to search to find what you need) you could have them all nice & handy in Support Templates.

Hope you like this app.  It's just my second full Windows app I've built from scratch.  It's been a blast learning C# and Visual Studio to build it.
