Swimmers may want to keep a toothbrush and flouride toothpaste at the pool for use just before practice.

Use the cotton swabs (such as Q-tips) you have for water color painting, not anywhere near the ears. They will cause an ear infection and do nothing useful to correct one.

Leave the shaver at home, it is not allowed at either home or visiting pools
