Booster Club Opportunity!!

For MM and RAL parents...while the following opportunity is no longer available, the Booster Clubs for both schools still appreciate and need volunteers for their concession stands at other events, basketball and wrestling specifically, and later this season for our swimming SWW Invitational.  It would be nice to have some swim presence at these since we do go to the respective booster clubs for assistance when needed.

The MM Booster Club has offered again to open their concession stand in the main building for our invitational swim meet Sat, Jan 27th, the annual Southwest Washington Invitational.  As most know, the BC has offered concessions for football and basketball games, and volleyball, but not for swimming, so we want very much to take advantage of this additional opportunity.  They will figure out foods and pricing, all we have to do is assist with staffing during the meet.  As stated in the following link, you will be able to leave when your son is swimming, will otherwise have the only air-conditioned location during the meet, and no one will steal or crowd into your seat when you leave for a moment.  Please use the following link to volunteer for this great opportunity for our teams. link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C094FAEAE2EA3FCC61-46210383-boys#/

IF anyone should feel so inclined...it might be nice to drop a note to The Daily News sports department, with thanks for the nice articles on our recent swim meets.  Compliments, of course, go much further than complaints and brickbats in encouraging future coverage. sports@tdn.com
