Alicja's Story

Antonii Wilczek and Tekla Wilczek , Elizabeths grandparents , were sent to a forced labour camp in Austria.

Babcia already had a daughter, Marysia. Alicja was born in Austria in 1943 , in a place called Willach.

Eventually the family were transported to England via Italy to a camp in Cheshire .

The camp was called Doddington Park, near Crewe.
