Join us at this fantastic outdoor location in an opportunity to play with other string students. Violinists, violists, and cellists of all ages and levels are invited. A play-in is where students get together and play through a set of music for fun.
There is no rehearsal. But please make sure to thoroughly review the music from the repertoire list because, there will be spectators on these public grounds. The event is part of a music-in-the-park series, so there will certainly be an audience there.
Students should play any pieces on Play-In Repertoire List (below) they know and learn as many of the fiddle tunes as they can. Dress casually and have fun.
You can plan a family outing. Eat a picnic dinner and enjoy the sights.
Play-ins will be led by Maine Suzuki teachers. There is no registration fee.
