The Lions Club of Charlestown would like to invite Lions and Leos to the 201N3 Convention 2025 to be held on Saturday 25 October – Sunday 26 October 2025 at Club Macquarie located at 458 Lake Road, Argenton.

Check-in desk will be available on Friday 24 October at Club Macquarie from 2pm to 4pm and on Saturday 25th October from 8.00am to 9.30am.

Static Displays: Set up time will be from 2.00pm to 4.00pm on Friday 24th October. see at bottom of page for Decorated Cake Competition

Friday night: For those who are interested in an informal catchup and/or perhaps dinner (at your own expense) at Club Macquarie on Friday at 6.30pm, please let me know and I will book tables.

Saturday Night Gala DinnerDance: Theme - Black and Gold. So come fancy dressed and join the FUN and dance the night away. If it is your intention to attend this event then it is suggested that you register ASAP.

Sunday morning: the convention will conclude at 12:30pm after the Memorial Service
