'Lions Children of Courage’ may be nominated by local Lions or Leo Clubs.
Nominees should be aged between five(5) and fifteen(15) years.
There are four (4) categories for which a child may be nominated :-
Special needs – overcoming major obstacles
Courageous act or deed – assisting others
Sibling recognition – active daily care participation
Inspiring sporting achievement – overcoming great hardship
Lions and Leo Clubs are responsible for:-
Careful candidate selection, submission of the nomination and consent forms,
meeting the costs of the award (supplied by the committee), and
organising the local presentation ceremony.
Cost per nomination $10.00.
