The Festival is held in:

Central Methodist Church and Millennium Studio Theatre,
High Street

Practically the whole of the church premises are used during the fortnight.

The general public are most welcome to all sessions and the Festival Concert. Admission charges are extremely reasonable.

The Millennium Studio Theatre

Most of the Speech and Drama classes are held in the Millennium Studio Theatre. It has a raised stage and is equipped with curtains and lighting. It is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. There is a small lift for use by disabled persons only.

The Church

The Music classes are held in the body of the church itself, utilising both the ground floor and the gallery.

Ancillary Rooms

There are rooms available on the ground floor and first floor for performers to warm-up as well as rooms for changing. These rooms are most easily accessed through the side entrance.

Ladies: a block of toilets is located just inside the side entrance on the ground floor. There is also a toilet for the disabled.

Gentlemen: please follow the signs on the ground floor to the rear of the church.

Unisex and Disabled: a single toilet is located in the vestibule at the front.

Catering - Lunches

There is a change in the provision of lunches at this year’s Festival.

We have been very much indebted to the Church Catering Team who have provided the lunches at our Festival for as long as the Festival has been held at Central Methodist Church.  However the Team has now had to retire from providing lunches due to members’ advancing years, infirmities etc.

We are most fortunate and are delighted to announce the securing of the services of Lincoln College, Growing Futures which is a catering  training facility for students with learning difficulties and disabilities.  Bookings for lunches will need to be made by 12 noon the day before and by 12 noon on Friday for the following Monday. You will find the set daily menus, and booking form to download from this website below and they will also be available as inserts in the programme and at the Festival.  Please submit your order to:

 Peggy Reading/Festival Treasurer

9 Shire Close, Billinghay, Lincoln LN4 4GR

e-mail:  readkp@aol.com

OR leave order on answer phone 01526 323885

stating name, phone number, date required & which courses

Please give your support both to the students of Lincoln College and the Festival.

Lunch Booking

Refreshments are available during the intervals in the rear hall on the ground floor.

The refreshments are provided and manned by Lincoln College, Growing Futures in the mornings and afternoons when in attendance and at other times and evenings  by Festival volunteers.

Disabled Facilities

Access is by way of a ramp at the front of the building. There is a small lift in the vestibule which takes one wheelchair at a time, otherwise there are three steps with a handrail. Alternatively, level access to the premises can be found using the side entrance.

Access to the Millennium Studio Theatre is by a lift which takes a maximum of four people, standing or one wheelchair at a time up to the first floor. The lift is located just inside the side entrance.

Toilet facilities for the disabled are located inside the side entrance on the ground floor and in the vestibule at the front of the church.
