Tournafulla Camogie Club

History & Achievements:

Tournafulla Camogie Club was founded in 1964. 

The club ceased play a number of times but was re-established in 1999 and have continued to operate since then.

Our club has seen some great players down through the years. In 2001 Frances Moroney received an all star award in November for Junior Camogie. Janet Garvey and Kadie Colbert were part of the Limerick Camogie team that won the All Ireland.

Our club fields at U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, Minor, Junior and Junior 12 A Side.

In 2024 we were delighted to make history for our club for the first time and field two adult teams. This is to ensure that all of our players are getting sufficient game time. 

In 2024, we were delighted to have All Ireland and Munster Champions. Naomi Ryan and Tori Smith won the Junior Championship with Limerick Camogie defeating Cork. Cora Long won the U16A Munster and All Ireland Championship with the Limerick Camogie U16's. We are very proud of these 3 girls. 

The club has a number of players on county teams.
