Brown Rice & Mushrooms
Consomme Rice & Mushrooms
1 stick melted butter
1 cup regular rice (not instant)
1 jar mushrooms (drained)
2 cans of beef consomme soup
Put all ingredients in an approximately 9x9 ungreased glass casserole.
Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 45 minutes
*one can of consomme can be replaced by one can of french onion soup if desired.
increase recipe by half for a 9x13
