Although, I am not officially tech. support. I frequently help teachers and administrators with their technology and software issues. I have often been able to troubleshoot and solve problems, alleviating some demand on our tech. support team.

I created a Google calendar for teachers to use to orchestrate signing out the Chromebook carts. This enables teachers to quickly reserve time slots that they would like to use the Chromebook cart, alleviating the antiquated way of teachers having to locate the binder to sign up for time slot. Using a shared Google calendar is much more organized and time efficient.
