video

I use video in my professional practice in many different ways. Capturing an interview with peers is a useful way of communicating their work with others. I maintain my own video channels on YouTube @warwicklanguage and Vimeo.

I was a collaborating partner in a European project called Video for All (current site in dispute) which aims to support language teachers in exploring new ways of using and producing video resources as part of teaching. With video now so easy to create on mobile devices, multi-modal communication has become the new norm. You can join the Video for ALL Facebook community or check out #videoforall on twitter.

Currently the website for the Video for All project has been taken down by the project manager and used for another project. We are protesting this action. Meanwhile many of the video resources are available through a back up I made using Google docs. There is also a facebook group for Video for All.
