The work of binary adder timing optimization which was done at SNU SSL, has been finally accepted for ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic System. Title of the paper is "Synthesis of Adaptable Hybrid Adders for Area Optimization under Timing Constraint ". I really appreciate Mr. Youngwhan Kim and Prof. Taewhan Kim for their endeavor and devotion to the work.
