This time, Dr. Tomoyuki Takahashi, the Faculty of Social Safety Sciences at Kansai University, talks about the "Black Tsunami" derived from the tsunami damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, and the lessons to be learned from it to future security and safety.
