- Co-instructed 10-40 graduate students of all majors for two semesters. Lecture topics included: Overview of Environmentalism, Environmental Sustainability, Environmental Policy, and Environmental Decision-Making.
Business and Environmental Sustainability
- Co-instructed 55 MBA students for one semester. Lecture topics included: Overview of Environmentalism, Environmental Policy, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Intro. to Environmental Science
- Co-instructed 80-150 undergraduate students of all majors for three semesters. Lead instructor for five weeks per semester. Lecture topics included: Human Populations, Urbanization, Climate Change, Environmental Sustainability, and Environmental Decision-Making. Designed lectures, exams, and assignments.
Environmental Projects
- Co-instructed 22-28 students of all students for two semesters. Lead instructor throughout the semester and lecture topics included: project development, project refinement, project monitoring and evaluation, and formal papers and presentations. Semester-long projects, reports, presenations, assignments, and guest presentations helped establish a project-based focus for student work. Designed lectures, exams, and assignments.
Cultural Geography
- Developed this new course for AUA. Developed new syllabus and received approval from University Curriculum Committee. Instructed 27 undergraduate students of all majors for one semester. Explored the concept of culture through geographical and philosophical perspectives to allow the student to discover how culture is developed within the individual. Designed lectures, exams, syllabus, and projects.
Disaster Management
- Developed this new course for AUA. Developed new syllabus and received approval from University Curriculum Committee. Instructed 47 undergraduate students of all majors for one semester. Explored the concept of disaster management through case studies, projects, presentations, and guest lectures. Designed lectures, exams, syllabus, and projects.
World Regional Geography
- Developed this new course for AUA. Developed new syllabus and received approval from University Curriculum Committee. Instructed 34 undergraduate students of all majors for one semester. Explored world realms and regions through lectures, videos, projects, and student presentations. Designed lectures, exams, syllabus, and projects.

Cultural Geography
- Instructed 25-100 undergraduates of all majors for six semesters. Directed two teaching assistants who maintained the course discussion sections. Explored the concept of culture through geographical and philosophical perspectives to allow the student to discover how culture is developed within the individual. World Regional Geography
- Instructed 25 undergraduate students of all majors for two semesters. Taught the development and evolution of the geographic regions of the world. The focus of the course centered on environmental, economic, and political geographic relationships which includes cultural perspectives. Designed lectures, exams, syllabus, and projects and used videos to illustrate lecture topics.

World Regional Geography
- Instructed 30 undergraduate education majors for two semesters as part of their course requirements. Designed lectures, exams, syllabus, and projects for this seven-week course that helped future educators develop a geographical perspective to use in their own classes.
