I think the pdf should be view-able. Using chrome with this page when I clicked on the display a couple of icons appeared at top left corner and clicking on one of them took me to the pdf file.
Just checked in Safari: the icon is called "pop-out" and it appeared at the right.

Next thing to check. Protection issues? The pdf file shows as 644, so should be world readable.

If I fail to get google sites to link nicely to a world-readable pdf, email me and I will send the document by email.
Sincere apologies. I'm used to old-fashioned HTML code and the present google sites seems to have made it harder to use that skill than in "Classic" sites.

Ah well, age 75, probably only 10 more years of life to suffer anxieties of computer changes, and at least maths is nice and stable - the ancient Greeks were brilliant getting the ideas of systematic theorems and proofs going for the world to continue to develop.
