Learning Circle -A Book Club with a Self-Study Twist (60 or 75 minutes - one or multiple sessions)
Katie has been running Learning Circles for over 3 years and has a knack for building community. Each Learning Circle revolves around lessons from the author that can be applied to our own lives. Books can be chosen by you/the group or selected by Katie based on your group's goals and needs.
Great books for self-discovery and personal development include The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown, Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily and Amelia Nagoski, and The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz - as just a few examples.
