A Book Club with a Self-Study Twist

Katie runs a monthly Learning Circle hosted on Tuesday nights from 7:45pm-9pm online - so it is open to anyone in the world!

Each month, one book will be used as a jumping-off point for us to reflect on our own lives. This self-study group will build compassion, courage, and connection in a safe space.

Read as much or as little as you want - then meet within the community to connect and discuss. Investment: $15 per session or $20 per month

Investment includes:

a curated list of videos & podcasts focused on the monthly theme aligned with the insights of the book
two 75 minute circles with thoughtful discussion questions that engage the group to build courage, compassion, and connection
prepared journal prompts and other suggested homework ideas for between circles focused on the monthly theme

Fall 2024:

October 8 and 22: The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
November 5 and 19: The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown
Dec 3 and 17: Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily and Amelia Nagoski

Ideally, you could come to both sessions as they build on one another but if you can only make one, that's fine too.
