I was excited to discover hundreds of rocks from around the world on display outside the Kyoto Train Station, July 2009. Shown here are Marina Pearl (top), an anorthosite, and Norwegian Rose (bottom), a marble, both from Norway, embedded in Gris Argent, a granite from France.
