Achievement: This award is to recognize an outstanding graduate student paper that contributes to the field of thermal management, which is judged to be of exceptional technical quality, informative and clear in presentation, and impactful to the community.
Qualifications:
Nominee must be the first author of the paper.
The paper must have been published in K-16 sponsored conferences (ITherm, SHTC, InterPACK, or IMECE) or affiliated journals (Journal of Electronics Packaging, Journal of Heat Transfer, or Transactions on CPMT) in the preceding two calendar years. For 2025, we will consider papers with publication dates from 01/01/2023 to present.
Nominee must be (or have been at the time of authorship) enrolled as a full-time graduate student conducting research in the area of thermal management of electronic equipment and a student member of ASME or IEEE.
