ASME’s Electronic and Photonic Packaging Division (EPPD) is soliciting nominations for the K-16 Clock Award. The K-16 Clock Award is an annual award, which is typically given every other year to the outgoing K-16 Committee Chair. In the alternate years, the award is competitive based on the achievements and requirements below.
Achievement: Recognized Outstanding and continuing contributions to the science and engineering of heat transfer in electronics.
The K-16 Clock Award will be given to an individual who has outstanding and continuing contributions to the science and engineering of heat transfer in electronics. The candidates should be active in the K-16 and EPPD activities, including chairing/organizing tracks, panels, sessions, teaching courses, authoring/presenting papers at ASME/EPPD/K-16 sponsored events, as well as being leaders in their respective fields.

Curriculum vitae or biography of the nominee
No more than 3 letters of recommendation
