Rates & Fees

OK, our services are not free; however, we believe that you will find them more than fair.

1st of all, general correspondence, estimates, and a reasonable amount of consultation are of no-charge - we consider this time as part of the cost of business in general. You will be charged only for the time spent writing and extra costs if delivery in not electronic.

Our general price schedule is as follows:

• • Translation: German to English - 30 Euro/hour.

  • Editing: English - Sliding Scale dependent upon Authors English Skills (or lack thereof) 15 - 40 Euro/hour.

  • Original Writing - Sliding scale dependent upon challenges of writing 20 - 50 Euro/hour.

Alternatively, some customers prefer a per/page rate:

• • Translation: 40 Euro/page.

  • Editing: 25 Euro/page.

Important Note: You may expect to receive ~ 15 minutes of correspondence/hour of work without charge. Though we do not keep track of this normally, we have had experience in which authors required services in addition to Translation & Editing services - namely, some authors require assistance with the actual content of the "paper". Some amount of advice is quite understandable and acceptable; however, if the time expenditure becomes to great we will need to request that you pay additional fees for scientific consulting and/or bring us in as co-authors to your publications.
